The story of Virgel

In a country that has been ruled by evil since the beginning of time, a child once saw the dark light of this world. Immediately after the birth, this child was torn from its mother by the four messengers of death and has never seen a person again since then. Soon this boy was forgotten, but his fate was not sealed, it only began here. The four messengers of death trained this boy in the art of evil, which he made their world, which slowly but surely threatened into the hands of the good to get back safely.

In a short time, the thin little boy became a sturdy man, whose frame was as dark as the night and his anger as deep as nothing can be. The four messengers of death called the man over and told him about the threat that afflicted his country and he immediately understood that what he was supposed to destroy was his enemy, "The good". He grabbed his sword and received his armor, but he was not allowed to go, the messengers of death had something to give him. They had taken the only name from the good, which whom he would never forget would protect him from all attacks of the good. He knelt down in front of one of the journeyman and was branded on his right shoulder blade by a ball of fire, the initials VIRGEL, on which he should never forget this name. So he set out to stop the good. After long nights that did not turn gray due to death and screams by those victims of those murderers who once killed and the night was turned into day by brightness, the army of Virgel managed to overthrow the once so proud armies of goodness from its throne. It was divided into four parts in order to send the power in all four directions that the evil now radiated.

Years passed and the country grew old, gradually threatening to perish from starvation and death. Evil could also be attacked and it sent its messengers into the country to search for an artifact which, according to the legend, should open a gate to another world. The artifact was found after many endless nights, but the good was written in the language and no one could decipher it. From everywhere you could hear children's laughter when you came near the gate and a bright, glaring light shimmered around it. How should you activate this gate when you have completely wiped out the good. But one dark day, Virgel walked along this gate, the light got stronger and a temple became visible on the other side, the children could be seen playing happily, there was only peace and there was no trace of evil to be found. A messenger watched Virgel and saw how he watched the good things go on with interest. The messenger reported that Virgel could open the gate if he was only nearby. The evil called Virgel and ordered him to open the gate, Virgel did this and the host of the evil went en masse to the new land called TIBIA.

The Tibetan warriors were unprepared for such an attack and increasingly lost a good retinue. However, the good succeeded in stopping the evil and the land was now populated by both. Still there was no peace, occasionally the bad guys, like the good guys, try again and again to destroy the other.

One day Virgel was roaming the country and he noticed for the first time that the children's laughter, which he had liked so much, had ceased for some time. He ran into the city, he did not see the children he saw through the portal who apparently only laughed so lovingly for him. Angry at the silent laughter, he rammed his sword into the ground as if to force it, but the ground collapsed beneath him. He had pushed open the street and fell into the catacombs of the city. Rats attacked him, which he sent into the afterlife with his crushed sword. exhausted, he sat in a corner and rested. But his calm was not long-lasting, a messenger of good, was on the hunt for evil. They both saw each other from a distance and Virgel ran towards him. But what was that Virgel could not give the messenger any guidance. As much as he raised his sword against him, it was bewitched. After a short time he gave up and spoke to the gentleman. Both soon realized that they had many things in common. Virgel told him that he would like to hear the children's voices again and that he had led the fighting. The journeyman offered Virgel his help, he could hear the laughter again if he was guided by him. Virgel didn't think twice and entered into a kind of pact with the good. "My name is ALFI" replied the Gesante and offered Virgel to go with him through the country. It took less than 5 minutes for another resident of Tibia to appear, Virgel wanted to kill him, but ALFI, his teacher, gave him the first lesson "Never kill out of hate". Virgel has never killed a Tibian since then.
